About Us

At Stef’s Quality Painting we believe that superior painting comes down to using exceptional quality products and applying them with a seasoned expertise and refined techniques.

Where It All Began

Stef’s Quality Painting started small, back in 2012. Our husband and wife team grew the company to now employ over ten painters and administration staff. We’re proud to be employers, and are even prouder of the work we do!

Since opening the business, our eye-for-detail and extensive knowledge of products has made Stef’s Quality Painting a well known and respected painting company in the Kemptville and Ottawa areas. We pride ourselves on the knowledge that our well-trained staff brings the highest level of conduct and respect into each and every one of our clients’ homes.

Meet The Team

Stefanie Giampaolo

Stefanie, the founder, handles the admin, HR and estimates. When not working, she enjoys time with her young daughter and husband Marco, and their crew of dogs and cats! She also loves gardening, cooking and spending time in nature.

Marco Giampaolo

Soon after Stefanie started the business, Marco teamed up with her to grow Stef’s Quality Painting together. He runs all the job sites, the cabinet department, and estimates. In his free time, Marco enjoys boating in the summer and has recently taken up a new hobby of rally racing.

Renee Leon

Renee had been painting for years before she joined Stef’s Quality Painting. It was her knowledge and ease of working with people that allowed her to move up to a Supervisor position. Renee is an excellent painter and a great asset to the team. If she’s not at work, you may find her on a skidoo or at a country fair, and spending time with family.

Joseph Pantuso

Joey is another long-time employee of Stef’s Quality Painting. He has painted all his life and brings many skills to the job. After work he’s kept busy with his children and large family!

Stephen Kennedy

Steve has been an employee since 2017. His experience and leadership brings great value to the team! Outside of work you can usually find Steve with his wife and grandchildren or working on a project at home.

Daniele Giampaolo

Daniele is Marco and Stefanie’s nephew. He moved here from Italy a couple of years ago, has learned fast, and is a great member of the painting crew. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Federico Desimio

Federico has been a great addition to the team with his experience in all aspects of painting. After work he enjoys the outdoors; hunting, fishing and walking his dog!

Nicki Seward

Nicki joined the team in 2020 and has grown to be an excellent painter. In her free time she likes to spend time with her kids and enjoys cooking new recipes for her family.

Davide Giampaolo

Davide is owner Marco’s twin brother. He recently joined us from a background in industrial coatings and is in charge of our cabinet department. He also builds our feature walls and has wonderful carpentry skills. We are thrilled to have his experience on our team! Davide likes to spend his free time walking his dog, Yago, and fishing.
